CHALLENGE

Satokausi Media lacked a clear distinction between its parent company and its sub-brands Satokausikalenteri and Sweat Stream. This made it difficult to expand and manage multiple business units cohesively.

APPROACH

Through workshops, we clarified the brand hierarchy and refined the parent brand’s positioning and identity. For Satokausikalenteri, we developed guidelines to structure its growing brand ecosystem.

OUTCOME

A well-defined brand structure and identity that strengthens Satokausi Media’s role as a parent company. A comprehensive Brand Book guides brand consistency across all sub-brands and touchpoints.
