CHALLENGE
Satokausi Media lacked a clear distinction between its parent company and its sub-brands Satokausikalenteri and Sweat Stream. This made it difficult to expand and manage multiple business units cohesively.
APPROACH
Through workshops, we clarified the brand hierarchy and refined the parent brand’s positioning and identity. For Satokausikalenteri, we developed clear brand guidelines and governance to create a sclable brand system that enables easier brand management and supports growth.
